Phased renovation of the Sterile Processing Department (SPD) and Cath Recovery Unit within a 24/7 active department. The project managed strict ICRA protocols to install new deionization water systems, medical gas infrastructure, and fire-rated assemblies. The work included installing critical sterilization equipment and nurse stations with no disruption to surgical operations.
