A $2.7M modernization of the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) inside an active Operating Room department. The scope included the demolition and rebuild of 19 patient bays, isolation rooms, and surgical holding areas. The project coordinated the temporary relocation of the unit to ensure the hospital maintained full surgical volume throughout the two-phase construction schedule.
