Execution of a 237-unit mixed-use complex on a challenging Brownfield site in downtown Charleston. We managed the environmental remediation protocols while delivering a 1,000-stall parking structure and 35,000 sq. ft. of retail, transforming a compromised parcel into a premier urban asset.
