Local Collegiate Apartments. Full interior demolition and renovation of a 14-story, 1950s structure. The project delivered 182 modern units within a historic shell, managing complex downtown logistics and masonry restoration.

THE CIVIC ANCHOR

Community Resource Center. Design-build delivery of a $6.3M, 12,000 sq. ft. community hub for the City of Savannah. The project included conceptual design through construction, coordinating municipal vendors and complex stakeholder requirements to deliver a turnkey public asset.
